Innovate UK / DSIT Cyber Local · £143,000CyberPathway
As PI, I led programme design, partner coordination, delivery oversight, quality assurance, trainer sourcing and risk management for a hybrid cybersecurity skills programme targeting underrepresented groups and SME staff.
The programme trained 30 participants across three cohorts, created reusable learning resources and an e-learning platform retained for CPD, and incorporated CyberNorth industry engagement. A subcontractor withdrawal was handled through re-sourcing trainer support and replanning delivery.
External delivery collaborationSkillset & CyberPathway
CyberPathway required active management of external trainers, subcontractors and regional stakeholders. The delivery model combined conceptual input with coached practical labs and Cyber Essentials-aligned professional practice. Skillset Ltd formed part of the replacement delivery collaboration in the project history.
